3. The booking appears in your account dashboard

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay payment gateway
• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets
• Transaction receipts will be emailed to you upon successful payment

4.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Procedure

• Cancellations must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting support
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method
• Special event periods may have different cancellation policies

5.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:
